Homeschoolers! Come explore the fascinating world of edible plants at Black Forest Nursery’s Homeschool Day on April 24th! One-hour time slots are available between 10am and 1pm.
This engaging event is tailored for young homeschool plant enthusiasts of all ages. Join us for an informative and hands-on class where you’ll discover the benefits of herbs, learn how to care for them, and find out when to harvest them. Next, choose your favorite herbs from a wide selection and pot them up with assistance from our friendly and knowledgeable staff. Personalize your planter with your name and receive recipe cards featuring your chosen herbs to continue your learning journey through cooking at home! This 50-minute class is an excellent opportunity to connect with other homeschoolers and enjoy a day of outdoor learning – don’t forget to bring a raincoat in case of rain! Don’t miss out on this enriching and enjoyable experience!
